Well winter finally arrived this week. I have gone from wiping down my bench after an autumn rain to brushing off a couple inches of snow. Despite the cold, I was able to get some reading done, as well as take a call from a friend in Washington D.C. He's doing fine, enjoying his mild forty degree weather, and planning a trip to Sweden for the holidays. After reading a few pages in my book, I watched the skaters before heading to my car to warm up.
